Welcome to Fatima Lifestyle Living & Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, products, and services offered through system.io (“Platform”), including but not limited to coaching services, digital products, e-books, and any other offerings (“Services”).

By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Eligibility

To purchase our Services, you must be at least 19 years old (the legal age of majority in Ontario, Canada) or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Services Offered

We provide one-on-one coaching, group coaching, free digital products, and paid e-books. Additionally, we may offer access to third-party programs (e.g., Growthday and Inner Bloom). Please note that these third-party programs have their own terms and conditions, which you can review at the time of purchase. We do not own or control these third-party tools.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal. Some services may offer payment plan options, as clearly stated on the respective product or service page. By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Price: The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

No refunds: All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our Platform.

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including coaching materials, digital products, and e-books, are our exclusive property or properly licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of this content without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimers

• No Medical or Professional Advice: Our coaching services and materials are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. You should always consult with a qualified professional for such matters.

• Results Not Guaranteed: While we aim to support your growth, individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or reliance on any information provided.
